These terms apply to your use of ThinkGraph AI (thinkgraphai.com). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

ThinkGraph AI analyses content from WordPress sites you connect and from public pages you submit to the free scan, and produces reports, scores and AI-generated suggestions.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect sites and databases you own or are authorised to access.
• Use a read-only database user, as described in the connection guide.
• Do not use the service to attack, overload or scan sites you have no right to test.

Your data

ThinkGraph reads post content and metadata from the database you connect. It does not write to it. Stored credentials are encrypted. You can disconnect a site, which removes its stored connection, at any time from the Workspaces page. For the free scan we store the email address you provide and the scan result, plus a keyed hash of your IP address for abuse prevention.

AI output is advisory

Scores and suggestions are produced automatically and may be wrong or incomplete. Review them before acting on them. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or citation outcome.

Plans and payment

Paid plans, limits and prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions you make based on the output.
